A quilt I made a year ago as a mystery quilt, had 19 cases of a unit getting rotated so the secondary design didn't read all the way across the quilt. I didn't discover that until the quilt was finished; yes, finished! quilted and bound! I never saw the mistakes until I looked at the photo on my computer and the strange thing is, no one has ever noticed the mistakes when looking at the quilt in person.
